1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk67" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the pk67 online gaming platform operating at pk67.vu and any associated domains, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account with pk67.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the pk67 platform, through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Services" — refers to all betting, gaming, casino, slot, e-sports, fishing games, and any other entertainment or wagering services offered by pk67.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to real-money credits held within a Player's pk67 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-withdrawable credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required for full Account access and withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk67 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through pk67's Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with pk67's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk67 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

3Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of pk67 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk67 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming services. This is non-negotiable.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk67 employee in a role with access to platform data or odds-setting functions.
• You must not be a person who has previously been permanently excluded from pk67 or who has opted into a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.

4Account Registration

To access pk67's real-money gaming Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on pk67. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pk67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from such accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk67 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.
• You must notify pk67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• pk67 reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5KYC Verification

In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and international gaming compliance standards, pk67 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to granting full Account access.

pk67 may request any or all of the following documents as part of KYC verification:

• A clear photographic copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, showing both front and reverse sides.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your CNIC, taken on the date of submission.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash account in your name, bank statement header showing your name and account number).
• Proof of residential address (e.g. recent utility bill, bank statement) dated within the past three months.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. pk67 reserves the right to withhold funds from unverified accounts where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.

6Deposits

All deposits to your pk67 Account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount on pk67 is PKR 100. There is no platform-imposed maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment method limits may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer (IBFT), UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed on the deposit screen within your pk67 Account.
• All deposits on pk67 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your pk67 Account balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• pk67 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and refunded to the originating source.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your pk67 real-money balance are governed by the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on pk67 is PKR 500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are determined by your Account verification status and VIP tier.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC verification will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will, as a general rule, be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. pk67 reserves the right to apply this policy strictly to prevent money laundering.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume.
• pk67 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems.
• Bonus balance is not withdrawable. Only real-money balance that has met the applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

8Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pk67 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed Account registration. Some bonuses require KYC completion prior to claiming.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for pk67 deposit match bonuses is 25x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a standard 20x wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period specified at the point of offer. Bonuses that expire prior to completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• pk67 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings from players found to have abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• pk67 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice of material changes will be provided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per verified payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.

9Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and e-sports betting activities conducted through the pk67 platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant betting sections of the platform.

• All bets placed on pk67 are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where pk67 explicitly offers a Cash Out feature on a specific market.
• pk67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant betting rules, or declared void due to exceptional circumstances including natural disasters, security incidents, or regulatory intervention.
• pk67 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspiciously large bets, bets placed immediately prior to market suspension, or bets where pk67 has reason to believe that the integrity of the event is compromised.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on pk67's part, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether bets have been settled as winning wagers.
• All disputed bet settlements must be raised with pk67 support within 30 calendar days of the relevant event's conclusion. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

10Casino & Gaming Products

The following terms apply specifically to pk67 Casino games, including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot games, fishing games, and game show products:

• All pk67 Casino games are supplied by third-party software providers who are independently certified for fairness and RNG integrity. pk67 does not directly control game outcomes and holds no responsibility for individual game software malfunctions that are attributable to the third-party provider.
• Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment operated by trained professional croupiers in certified studio environments. Results are determined by the physical outcome of real cards, real wheels, and real dice — not by software simulation.
• Slot game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published individually for each game title within the pk67 Slot section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term average returns and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session (including server disconnection, stream interruption, or software crash), pk67 will endeavour to resolve incomplete rounds fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the player's Account balance.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk67 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling pk67 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account and forfeit any associated balances:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the pk67 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage on pk67, including but not limited to chip dumping in live poker or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities through the pk67 platform.
• Exploiting pk67 software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner for financial gain.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information in connection with your pk67 Account registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to pk67's systems, databases, or other players' Accounts.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or responsible gaming restriction placed on your Account, or assisting another person to do so.

12Responsible Gaming

pk67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pk67 Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their gaming session at intervals of their choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player's Account will be restricted from all gambling activity. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from pk67. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. pk67 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded player from creating a new Account.
• Reality Checks: pk67 may periodically display notifications to players showing the total amount staked and the net win or loss position during an active gaming session.

13Account Suspension & Closure

pk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or failure to provide documentation sufficient to satisfy pk67's identity verification standards.
• Detection of suspicious, fraudulent, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority requiring pk67 to restrict the Account.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances in Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the pk67 platform, including but not limited to the pk67 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, data, software, and text, is the proprietary intellectual property of pk67 or its respective third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use pk67's intellectual property for any purpose beyond the personal, non-commercial use of the platform's gaming Services.

You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the pk67 platform without express prior written permission from pk67. Unauthorised use of pk67's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk67's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's pk67 Account at the time the claim arises. pk67 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.
• Any loss arising from a player's own error, including incorrectly placed bets, misinterpretation of odds, or account security failures attributable to the player.
• Any service interruption, system failure, or connectivity issue arising from circumstances outside pk67's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose products are made available through the pk67 platform.

Nothing in this section limits pk67's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed by pk67 in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk67.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk67 may share your personal data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers) strictly as necessary to deliver the Services. pk67 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

17Amendments to These Terms

pk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect players' substantive rights or obligations — pk67 will provide reasonable advance notice of the changes via email to registered players' contact addresses and/or by displaying a prominent notification on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of pk67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

18Governing Law

pk67 operates under international online gaming compliance frameworks. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk67 is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk67's internal complaint handling process may be submitted to the applicable regulatory authority for adjudication.

pk67 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of pk67 complies with the laws applicable to them in their country of residence or access. pk67's availability in Pakistan is subject to ongoing regulatory review.

19Contact & Complaints

If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, or if you wish to make a formal complaint regarding the pk67 platform or its Services, please contact the pk67 support team:

Formal complaints received by pk67 will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this period, pk67 will inform the player of the estimated resolution timeline and the reason for the delay.
